Shipping Policy

RUMII COLLECTIVE — New York, NY

All RUMII COLLECTIVE orders ship from our New York studio within 2 business days of order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $8 flat rate
Expedited shipping (1–2 business days): $18 flat rate
Free standard shipping on retail orders over $150

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. RUMII COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Wholesale shipping

Wholesale orders over $1,500 ship free within the continental U.S. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. For expedited or international wholesale shipping, contact rumiicollective@gmail.com.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at rumiicollective@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
