Refund Policy

We want you to love every RUMII piece. If something is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

  1. Email rumiicollective@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. We will confirm your return and send a prepaid shipping label with instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
  • Sale items, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns for defective or incorrect items are free of charge.
  • Wholesale orders are final sale unless the product is defective or the order was shipped incorrectly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Once your refund is processed, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
