All RUMII COLLECTIVE orders ship from our New York studio within 2 business days of order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $8 flat rate
- Expedited shipping (1–2 business days): $18 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on retail orders over $150
International
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders over $1,500 ship free within the continental U.S. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. For expedited or international wholesale shipping, contact rumiicollective@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every RUMII piece. If something is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email rumiicollective@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Wholesale orders are final sale unless the product is defective or the order was shipped incorrectly.
